Structural study process

Specialized structural studies for buildings and structures, with full certification & regulatory compliance. A structural study is required for any new construction project.

Its purpose is to ensure the safety of the building against vertical and seismic loads, in accordance with both Greek and European legislation, while also considering the most cost-effective technical construction solution.

Preliminary Study

The preliminary study proposes the bearing structure and the positions of the structural elements for various architectural solutions, ensuring that the architectural design can be implemented without changes.

Final Study

In the final study, the structure of the building is designed and calculated, and the cost is estimated based on the final architectural design.

Application Study

The application study calculates and precisely designs the building's structure and all construction details, providing the necessary technical instructions for its execution.
