Electronic building identity (EBI)

Electronic building identity issuance

The electronic property identity is a digital platform that includes all the basic details and data of a property, such as location, characteristics, legal and technical data, studies, and building permits or regularization of unauthorized constructions concerning the property. Its purpose is to make the process of transferring and selling a property or a horizontal property unit more transparent and reliable.

This way, the entire history of a building or a horizontally divided property is available in electronic form, and it is updated with any new building permit. To issue the electronic identity, an inspection of the property is required to verify its urban legality.

The certificate of completeness of the electronic identity has a two-month validity, and after the expiration of this period, it must be reissued.
