- Earthworks & concrete: excavation, temporary support, reinforced bases/walls and industrial slab.
- Tanks & piping: installation of tanks, suction/return lines, vents and overfill protection.
- Environmental safeguards: bunded containment, impermeable graded surfaces, stormwater collection and oil–water separation.
- Electrical & controls: earthing/lightning protection, area lighting, level monitoring, local control and remote alarms.
- Fire safety & ATEX: firefighting network, signage/zoning and spill-prevention/response plan.
