  • Earthworks & concrete: excavation, temporary support, reinforced bases/walls and industrial slab.
  • Tanks & piping: installation of tanks, suction/return lines, vents and overfill protection.
  • Environmental safeguards: bunded containment, impermeable graded surfaces, stormwater collection and oil–water separation.
  • Electrical & controls: earthing/lightning protection, area lighting, level monitoring, local control and remote alarms.
  • Fire safety & ATEX: firefighting network, signage/zoning and spill-prevention/response plan.

  • Tightness/hydrostatic tests, earthing measurements and functional checks of instrumentation/controls.
  • As-built documentation, test records and frequent progress reports to the owner.
